"What About Us"

An urgent call for changing the world of married adolescent girls

Vikalp Sansthan in collaboration with Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and American Jewish World Service (AJWS) conducted a landmark research. The research explores the experiences and perceptions of early marriage among young married girls, older married women and young boys. The study helps to understand factors and consequences of early marriages. We are happy to share executive summary of "What About Us"- a study on the situation of young married girls.
